Frequently Asked Questions
What is included and not in my monthly service fee?
Rates include daily housekeeping, personal laundry service, three freshly prepared meals each day, and full access to our Life Enrichment programs and community activities. Utilities such as electricity, water, and basic cable are also included for your convenience.
Please note that telephone service is not included in the rate and may be arranged separately.
Are pets welcome?
Yes! We understand how important animal companions can be. Pets are welcome at Norwood Crossing, as long as they are manageable and residents are able to care for them safely and responsibly.
